Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of vegan gnocchi from the refrigerated section
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 60 g wild garlic
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 pack of soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)

Peel and finely chop the onion, then sauté in a pan with a little vegetable oil until translucent. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and dice the pod. Then add to the onions and sauté. Slice the mushrooms and add them as well. Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and then cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, deglaze the vegetables in the pan with soy cream, wash the wild garlic, pat dry, and chop, then stir into the sauce. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the gnocchi and divide evenly among plates, then pour the sauce over them.
