Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ baguettes
- 250 g double cream cheese
- 150 g butter
- 250 g ham (raw and/or cooked)
- 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 6 cucumber(s) (pickles)
- salt and pepper
- possibly olives, mushrooms or similar

Halve the bread and hollow out the insides (e.g., using the end of a wooden spoon). Mix the cream cheese with the butter and mustard. Finely dice the ham, chop the eggs, and roughly chop the pickles. Stir the mixture into the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Fill the baguette with the mixture, wrap it in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours (preferably overnight) to set. Slice before serving!
