  • Apples, 1 – 2
  • ¼ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of chili flakes from a grinder/shaker

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Umami taste

Peel 1-2 apples, then cut them into small pieces. Take the lemon and squeeze the juice over the apples. Sprinkle some chili flakes over them using a shaker/chopper.
