Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g rice cake(s)
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 30 g protein powder (whey protein powder), chocolate
  • some berries or fruit, mixed, to taste
  • possibly nuts

Instructions

Break the rice cake into small pieces and place them in a cereal bowl. Then, pour the almond milk into a shaker, add the protein powder, and shake vigorously to create a chocolate milk. Pour this over the rice cake pieces and add various berries, fruit, and/or nuts, if desired. The entire recipe (without topping) has approximately 250 kcal, 24.2 g carbohydrates, 1.4 g fat, and 28.1 g protein.
