Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of Stevia, pure or as sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 33 minutes

Beat the egg whites with the stevia until stiff and place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dry in the oven at 110°C for about 80-90 minutes. Great for sweet tooths, and only 0.7g of carbs.
