Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g butter, soft
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 15 g protein powder (vanilla cream)
- 15 g almond flour, defatted
- 10 g almond flour, not defatted
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the butter with the egg and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the powder and flour, then stir in. Shape the dough into small cookies and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (175°C fan/convection oven) for about 7-10 minutes. The dough for one serving will yield approximately 10 small cookies.
