Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 head of cabbage, approx. 800 g
- 75 g quinoa, tri-colored
- 50 g cooked cheese
- 40 g Harzer cheese
- salt and pepper
- e.g. chili powder
- e.g. curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
It’s best to cook a small cabbage head whole the day before. Once it’s cooled, cut it in half and scoop out the insides. Cook the quinoa, then season with cooked cheese, salt, and pepper. Fill the cabbage halves with the mixture and top with Harzer cheese. Place everything in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes, until the Harzer cheese has melted.
