Turkey mini steaks in sesame coating

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g turkey steak(s), small
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 25 g flour (sesame flour)
  • 1 egg(s) or 2 egg whites
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For the coating, combine 100g yogurt, 25g sesame flour, 1 egg, salt, and pepper into a dough. Pat the turkey steaks dry with a kitchen towel, then roll them in the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 160-180°C (fan oven) for approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the steaks. You may want to grill for 1-2 minutes at the end.
