Fiery beef stew

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g goulash
  • 250 g vegetable onions
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 500 g potatoes, waxy
  • 2 tubes of tomato paste
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Dice the onions and sauté in oil. Add the goulash and sear until crisp. Peel and dice the potatoes. Dice the bell peppers. Add everything to the meat and sauté. Top with broth. Stir in the tomato paste. Simmer for about an hour over medium heat. Then season to taste. Serve with baguettes and a cold wheat beer. This dish is very filling.
