Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g onion(s) (silver onions)
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 800 g veal or horse meat
  • 2 tbsp mustard (horseradish mustard)
  • a little paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Halve the pearl onions and finely chop the parsley. Combine the sausage meat, mustard, paprika, onions, and parsley, and knead well by hand. Pour the mixture into a 12-hole muffin tin. Bake for approximately 25 minutes in the center of an oven preheated to 220°C (top/bottom heat).
