Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g basil
- 20 g sage
- 20 g oregano
- 20 g thyme
- 20 g rosemary
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp peppercorns, colored

Pizza seasoning
Pluck the herb leaves from the stems and roughly chop. Dry in a pan without oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix the herbs with salt and pepper and crush them finely in a mortar and pestle. Store in an airtight jar. The amount of each herb can be adjusted or substituted according to personal taste. Tastes great as a seasoning on pizza or to enhance pasta sauce.
