Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp onion(s), roasted & dried
  • 1 tbsp garlic, roasted & dried
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp oregano (or marjoram)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

… also called meatballs, meatballs (for 500 g minced meat)

Mix all ingredients and place in a jar, beautifully decorated, and give as a gift! Use: Enough for 500g of minced meat, whether mixed/half & half, or beef or pork. For poultry, omit the marjoram.
