Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g sweet potatoes
- n. B. sugar or sugar substitute
- 300 g wholemeal flour
- 1 large egg(s)
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- possibly cinnamon powder or grated chocolate

without butter, low calorie
Cut the sweet potato into small pieces, steam or roast in the oven until tender. Then let the pieces cool. Blend the cooled sweet potatoes with the egg and, if desired, sugar or sugar substitute using a mixer or similar until smooth. Add the flour and baking powder and knead into a dough. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. If desired, knead chocolate or cinnamon into the dough or sprinkle it on the cookies before baking. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at approximately 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 15 minutes.
