Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dip that tastes good with pretzels and crackers

Mix the quark and cream cheese together and stir in the finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and sprinkle with chili powder to taste. Serve with small pretzels.
