Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pitted dates
- 125 g goat’s cheese
- 200g bacon
- toothpick
- some honey, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, fill the dates with goat cheese. To do this, use a teaspoon to break off some goat cheese and fill the hollow of the date. Then wrap the filled dates in a layer of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Once all the dates are ready, place them in a small greased baking dish and drizzle with honey, if desired. Bake everything in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes.
