Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 g
  • 200 g diced ham
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and dice finely. Peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent, then add the diced ham and diced mushroom stems and fry briefly. Transfer both to a bowl and let cool for a few minutes. Add the grated cheese and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and then fill the mushrooms. Place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
