  • 1 pineapple

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Today we have a delicious pineapple dessert with a heavenly Raffaello cream. It is perfect for any garden party, but can also be made in winter. First, prepare the cream: Put the quark, natural yogurt, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix. Remove the Raffaello from the packaging, press down with the back of a knife, and then chop finely. Stir the Raffaello mixture into the quark cream and sweeten with a little more sugar if desired. Now prepare the pineapple: Clean it and then cut into 2 cm thick slices. Remove the core in the middle using a round cookie cutter (e.g. from the Christmas cookies). Next, preheat a contact grill, pan, or grill and fry or grill the pineapple over medium to high heat for about 3 minutes, until it is nicely browned. Finally, place the pineapple slices on a plate, place a dollop of Raffaello cream in the center, and decorate with a Raffaello if desired. Tip: This dessert is easy to prepare in advance. You can prepare the pineapple and cream in the morning and then grill them at your garden party.
