- 1 pack of leaf spinach, frozen
- 1 pack of feta cheese

Mix thawed spinach with crumbled feta cheese. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and finely chopped garlic. Then pour it onto the puff pastry and roll it into a strudel. Finally, brush the edges with egg yolk to keep the strudel sealed while baking. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Brush the strudel with egg yolk 10 minutes before the end of baking to ensure it browns beautifully and shines.
