Chinese cabbage salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage (approx. 800 g)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp vinegar
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • Condensed milk, cream or Rama Cremefine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for those who like something sweet

First, clean the Chinese cabbage, remove the stalk, and chop it finely. Dice the onion very finely. Now, for the sauce, mix the sugar, vinegar, and oil and add canned milk, cream, or Rama Cremefine until you have the desired amount of sauce. I use about 100 ml. Mix everything together, and then the salad is ready to eat; it’s so crunchy. The salad can also be prepared well in advance, so it’ll be perfectly cooked afterward. It won’t be crunchy anymore, but it’ll still be delicious.
