Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g watermelon(s)
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g olives, green
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Dice the watermelon, cucumber, and feta and mix together. Then finely chop the onion and add it. Then quarter or halve the olives, depending on their size, removing the pits if necessary, and mix them into the salad. Finally, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
