Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese, low-fat
- 12 grapes
- 30 g raspberries
- ½ m.-sized banana(s)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- possibly nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp maple syrup

Halve the grapes, chop the banana, and then mix all the ingredients together. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. This is a very low-calorie yet delicious breakfast. The fruit can, of course, be varied to your liking. The cocoa powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup add a special touch to the dish.
