Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 250 ml water
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 30 g goat’s cheese
- 60 g pear(s), sliced
- 5 g honey
- 10 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- some thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly toast the oats in a saucepan to allow them to develop their full flavor. Deglaze with water and add the sea salt. Bring everything to a boil and simmer on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and let the porridge rest for 10 minutes to complete its expansion. Then pour into a bowl and serve with the toppings.
