Dandelion salad with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g dandelion, white
  • 50 g onion(s)
  • 20 g chives, fresh or frozen
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • 1 tsp, strained broth, grained
  • 30 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the dandelion, tomatoes, chives, and onions. Chop the dandelion into small pieces. Halve the tomatoes. Finely chop the onions and chives. Mix the oil, vinegar, cream, and spices and carefully fold in the dandelion, tomatoes, onions, and chives. Adjust the spices to taste, if desired. Add a few drops of Maggi if desired. Per serving: approx. 176
