Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 12 tbsp muesli, unsweetened or cereal flakes
- 600 g low-fat yogurt
- 400 g strawberries
- 100 ml orange juice
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 2 bananas
- 4 tsp almonds, chopped or nuts

Mix muesli or cereal, yogurt, orange juice, and maple syrup and let it swell slightly. Hull and quarter the strawberries. Mash a few strawberry quarters with a fork and stir them into the muesli. Peel and slice the banana, then toss it loosely into the muesli along with the remaining berries. Sprinkle with chopped almonds or nuts. Muesli or cereal helps you get through the time until the next meal without cravings.
