Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • 2 pts cream cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Drain the sour cherries and place them in a suitable glass bowl. Whisk the cream cheese with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolk. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form, then stir into the cream. Pour the cream over the cherries. Brown the sugar and almond slivers in a pan over medium heat and sprinkle over the cream. After at least two hours in the refrigerator, the cream is ready to serve.
