Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bars of chocolate, milk
- 300 g double cream cheese
- 300 g whipped cream

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
quick and easy
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stir in the cream cheese. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour the mousse into dessert bowls and chill. Done! The great thing is that you don’t need any additional sugar.
