Balsamic carrots

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, delicious side dish

Peel and finely chop the carrots. Dice the onions. Now fry the carrots and onions for about 6-7 minutes, depending on how tender they are. I recommend using butter for frying; I think it tastes better. Season and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Let it simmer for another 1-2 minutes. A wonderful side dish, for example, to a good beef fillet.
