Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 onions
- 250 g minced meat
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 100 g cream cheese, reduced calorie
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic

Finely chop the onion and press the garlic, then sauté in hot oil in a pan. Dice the bell peppers and add them to the onions. Reduce the heat, add the paprika and tomato paste, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the bell pepper mixture to a baking dish. Brown the minced meat in the same pan with a little more oil until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bell pepper mixture to the baking dish and mix. Sprinkle the cream cheese on top in small dollops, then top with the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
