Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g beans, green, frozen
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sour cream (150 g)
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- curry powder
- white wine, dry
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Blanch the frozen beans in hot water until al dente. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat with the diced onion and deglaze with a generous splash of white wine. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and a little curry powder. Then simmer briefly. Whisk the two eggs with the sour cream. In a casserole dish, mix the beans with the minced meat and the egg-sour cream mixture. If you like, you can add some tomato pieces. Then top the casserole with the crumbled feta cheese and bake everything in the preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
