Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 bag of gratin cheese
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 500 g broccoli
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Brown the ground beef until crumbly. Trim the broccoli and Brussels sprouts and pre-cook for about 3-5 minutes. Whisk the cream and crème fraîche with the eggs until well combined. Add the gratin cheese and season with salt and pepper. Place the vegetables and ground beef in a large casserole dish and pour the egg mixture over the meat. Bake everything in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes on the middle rack, until the cheese is browned.
