- 3 eggs, separated
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 pinch of salt

No carbohydrates, quick and easy
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. In a second bowl, combine the egg yolks with the baking powder and cream cheese. Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk and cream cheese mixture. Place five to six fluffy patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 125°C for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, top with a slice of bread or two (or more) patties like a sandwich.
