Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 200 g spelt flour
- 500 ml water
- 1 bag(s) of yeast
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- Fat for the mold
- nuts for sprinkling
- sunflower seeds for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients with a dough hook for about 5 minutes. Then pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. I recommend lightly scoring the center of the loaf to ensure a nice shape after baking. Place in a cold oven and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 60-70 minutes. I also love to sprinkle the bread with nuts or sunflower seeds. The hazelnuts can, of course, be replaced with walnuts or almonds.
