Apple crumble casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, make the crumble. Mix together the cinnamon, sugar, flour, oats, and butter. Then grease an ovenproof casserole dish with butter. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, and place them in the dish along with the water and the remaining sugar. Finally, sprinkle the crumble on top and bake in a preheated oven at 160-170°C for 30-40 minutes. It tastes delicious with cream or vanilla sauce, but is also delicious on its own.
