Vegan latte macchiato

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 ml oat milk (oat drink) for frothing (e.g. barista)
  • 75 ml espresso
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the oat milk into a milk frother and froth it. Meanwhile, prepare an espresso and sweeten if desired. Pour the frothed milk into a glass and wait a moment until the milk and foam have separated. Then, slowly and carefully pour the espresso into the glass along the rim. You can also use a teaspoon to help with this. Serve the finished latte macchiato sprinkled with cinnamon. A delicate and delicious start to the day. It also tastes wonderful with afternoon coffee.
