Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

simple and low in cholesterol

First, I start by slicing the cucumbers into 1 cm slices and then quartering them. Then I cut the tomatoes into the same size as the cucumbers. Next, I chop the onions and cut the turkey into strips. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large, deep pot and sauté the onion. Add the turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the liquid is gone. Then add the cucumbers and tomatoes to the pot and simmer everything for 20-30 minutes at medium heat. Stir in the herb cream cheese and let it heat up, then simmer gently for another 10 minutes on low heat. Rice goes very well with this dish.
