Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and easy, super tasty

Peel the apples and slice them into thin wedges. Place them in a saucepan with 3-4 tablespoons of water, sugar (depending on the acidity of the apples), and a pinch of cinnamon. Bring to a boil over low heat. If you don’t want to go to the trouble of making your own applesauce, you can simply use a jar of applesauce. Pour the cooled applesauce into a bowl and top with the crumbled speculatius biscuits. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with a little cold milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, stir in the mixed powder, and bring to a boil. Then pour it over the speculatius biscuits to coat. Chill the finished dessert.
