Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 handfuls of wild garlic, ready to cook
- 200 g minced meat
- 3 potatoes
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 100 g cheese, spicy
- some salt and pepper
- some oil
- 1 piece(s) egg white
- Spice mix (soup)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
served with herb cream
Lightly roast the minced meat. Sauté the wild garlic for about 5 minutes. Boil, peel, and finely chop the potatoes. Combine the minced meat, wild garlic, and potatoes, and season with spices. Roll out the puff pastry, spread the mixture on top, sprinkle with cheese, roll up the pastry, brush with egg white, and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
