an inexpensive, delicious dinner

Cut open the rolls (do not bake them beforehand!) and hollow out the two halves as much as possible. Mix the insides with the sour cream and the shredded tuna. Fold in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan until translucent, then add to the sour cream mixture and mix everything well. Place the filling into the rolls. Place about a large tablespoon of the sour cream mixture on each half. Spread the grated cheese on top. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
