Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g white cabbage
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 50 g rapeseed oil
  • 3 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • 2 pinches of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for the Thermomix

Place all ingredients in the Thermomix (except the white cabbage and carrots) and mix for 20 seconds on speed 6. Next, add the carrots and white cabbage (chopped) and chop for 4 seconds on speed 5.
