Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 can/n beans (cooked giant beans)
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 2 cucumber(s), sour
- 2 peppers, pickled
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- ½ bunch of dill
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- some lemon juice
- n. B. garlic clove(s)
- 3 tbsp oil (good olive oil)

Mediterranean species
Finely chop the spring onions, pickles, chili peppers, bell peppers, and garlic, and mix with the green beans. Add salt and pepper, a little lemon juice to taste, and the olive oil, along with the finely chopped herbs, and let the mixture sit at room temperature for at least 30-40 minutes. This goes well with baguette or pita bread. It also tastes great as a side dish to stir-fries.
