Lettuce with avocado, peppers and pumpkin seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large salad
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oil (pumpkin seed oil)
  • 1 tbsp herbs
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the lettuce, drain, and tear into pieces. Wash and deseed the bell peppers, peel and pit the avocados, and cut both into strips. Finely slice the onion. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix with the lettuce. Garnish with avocado, bell peppers, and onions and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Serve with marinated steak and baguette.
