Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g turkey meat
- 300 g mushrooms
- curry powder
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
- possibly sambal oelek
- oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Attention, it’s hot!
Cut the turkey into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Season the turkey with plenty of curry and chili, as well as salt and pepper, and add sambal oelek to taste. Brown the turkey in a little oil. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
