Marinated chicken breast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes

Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breast fillets and let them marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Stir occasionally to ensure the marinade gets everywhere. We’re planning on grilling the meat; I haven’t tried it in a pan yet.
