Tuna – Egg – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise or Miracel Whip
  • ½ apple
  • 2 gherkins
  • ¼ onion(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes until soft-boiled and cut into small cubes. Drain the tuna and cut into smaller pieces. Peel half the apple, remove the core, and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and dice as finely as possible. Dice the gherkins. For the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Add to the remaining ingredients and mix well. Perfect for a barbecue or as a party salad.
