Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Rosemary, fresh
- Salt
- Pepper, ground
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the grill
Season the turkey schnitzels with salt and pepper, and layer them in a Tupperware container with finely sliced garlic and rosemary (or lemon slices if desired). Drizzle each layer with olive oil. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. I prepare the schnitzels this way for grilling; you can also pan-fry them, of course. No additional fat is needed.
