Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250g bacon
- 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 500 g minced meat
- 100 g bread rolls, old, grated
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 g mozzarella, grated
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 100 g spinach, blanched, or mushrooms, broccoli, corn, etc.
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Thoroughly mix the ingredients for the meat mixture. Thoroughly mix the cheese mixture ingredients. Line a Bundt pan with bacon. Lay the bacon vertically in the pan. Start lining in the center of the pan. About 1/3 of the bacon will extend over the top. The excess bacon will later be folded over the meat mixture. Spread half of the meat mixture on the bacon. Spread the cheese mixture on top. Spread the remaining meat mixture on top. Fold the excess bacon slices onto the meat mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Turn the Bundt cake out onto an ovenproof dish, carefully draining any liquid that forms. Brush the Bundt cake with BBQ sauce and bake in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes until crispy. The quantities may vary depending on the size of the Bundt cake pan. My pan has a diameter of about 20 cm.
