rich in protein and fiber

Mix whey powder with water in a blender or shaker to create a classic protein shake. Tip: Since this is a relatively large amount of whey, use an easily soluble whey variety such as Gold Standard. Otherwise, you’ll end up with a thick mush. Thaw the berries briefly (about 30-50 seconds) in a microwave. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender. It has a similar consistency to a classic milkshake without being too sweet. One mix contains almost the recommended daily amount of protein and fiber for strength athletes. The carbohydrate content is very low, making it a good fit for a keto or low-carb diet. 553 kcal per serving.
