Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 20 g ginger, approx.
- 150 ml orange juice, 100%
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Power drink in the morning
Wash and quarter the tomato. Peel the cucumber if necessary, and cut into pieces. Peel and quarter the kiwi. Peel the ginger; it’s best to cut small slices from the root; you can use more depending on how spicy you like it. Combine all ingredients in a blender, top up with 150 ml of orange juice, and blend for about 1 minute. Drink immediately, as otherwise the chia seeds will thicken the smoothie. You can also vary the fruit; I’ve even tried it with apple or pear.
