Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g flakes (3-grain flakes)
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 dashes vanilla extract
- n. E. Cinnamon powder or porridge spice
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tsp almond butter
- e.g. cocoa nibs

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the 3-grain flakes in a small saucepan and mix with cocoa powder, cinnamon or porridge spice, and vanilla extract. Add the milk, water, and maple syrup; mix well. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the porridge comes to a gentle boil. Stir in the ground almonds. Then reduce the heat slightly and continue stirring until thickened to the desired consistency. Meanwhile, slice the banana. Transfer the finished porridge to a bowl and garnish with banana slices, almond butter, and cacao nibs.
