easy to prepare – even for guests

Wash the turkey schnitzels and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper. Sear the schnitzels in clarified butter. Place the turkey schnitzels in a greased casserole dish. Then trim and thinly slice the carrots and spring onions. Sauté everything in the drippings with a pinch of sugar. Add the chicken stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and season to taste with salt, freshly ground pepper, and a little chili. If necessary, thicken the sauce and then pour it over the turkey schnitzels. Sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese. Place everything in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned. We like to serve it with rice or pasta and a fresh salad.
